Nakia "Nik" Hill is a Construction Manager who has worked over the past 10+ years for different General Contractors as a Site Superintendent and Project Manager.  During this time he has managed renovations of thousands of apartment units for Irvine Apartment Communities (IAC) along with new construction of multi-family developments for IAC and Urban Housing Group (UHG).  Most recently, he served as a Senior Construction Project Manager of new multi-million dollar, high-end modern, single-family residential homes for Marmol Radziner.  Nik earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management from CSU-Northridge and Master's Degree in Management from the University of San Francisco.

Through his experiences and education, Nik realizes that building a home is more than just a job or project.  It is a service and an experience that personally affects the homeowners, their family and their community. He approaches every home building situation with that in mind, while working in collaboration with the Homeowners, Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, Subcontractors, City Officials and any other outside agencies.
